Job Description
We are currently seeking a Construction Crewman to join our team in Bakersfield. This position involves performing general construction and remodeling work, assisting with repairs, and supporting the crew in maintaining safe and organized job sites.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities

Position Overview
We are seeking an additional Heavy Duty Truck & Agricultural Equipment Mechanic, with the focus being on heavy-duty type trucks and carrot harvesters.

The Heavy Equipment Mechanic will assist the department Lead Person and Assistant Manager by performing the required maintenance and repairs of agricultural equipment. This person will be responsible for performing maintenance work such as inspecting, troubleshooting, and performing routine repair tasks on carrot harvesters and other heavy equipment.

This person will be expected to support and follow Company safety policies as well as other policies. Assignments must be performed according to specified instructions, expected time limits, and required quality standards in both shop and field environments. This person will ensure that all equipment is safely operating at optimum condition.
