Job Position: Weed Abatement
Location: Ventura, CA 93009
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Shift: 1st
Description: Job description We are Continental Labor and Staffing Resources, a staffing company that has been a leader in staffing for over 30 years. We are staffing for hardworking individuals who want an opportunity with a well-established company and long-term client partner. These positions are temp to hire- the probationary period is 90 days through continental with the possibility of getting hired on straight with our client partner if you are an excellent fit for the company. With a hire-on rate of 80%, the odds for your success are excellent.
Job Description Employees will spray trees such as oak, poison oak, California, and redwoods utilizing pesticides including Vastlan and crop oil. EE will be hiking mountains while carrying a 20-pound backpack sprayer. Requirements: Have valid California Driver's license- no more than 2 points on record. Pass all pre- employment requirement, including but not limited to a Drug test, physicals etc.

Salary: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 10-hour shift 8-hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Driver's License (Required)
