Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Shift: 1st
Description: We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Outbound Associate to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, and supporting smooth outbound operations. The ideal candidate is experienced in warehouse management, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and stage customer orders for shipment
Load outbound trucks in a safe and organized manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse
Handle receiving paperwork and managing outbound orders
Experience with hand-powered tools
Ensure proper inventory placement and workflow
Supports operations staff and supervisors in daily warehouse tasks
Requirements:
Prior warehouse management experience
Forklift operation experience (certification preferred)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of detail
Basic computer skills (e.G., using a warehouse management system or spreadsheets)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. And stand/walk for extended periods
