Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Define program goals and align them with company objectives.
- Project Coordination: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they complement each other.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage program budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks across projects and implement mitigation strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track progress using KPIs and report outcomes to leadership.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira)
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Financial acumen and budgeting expertise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration
- One year warehouse operations
- One year working with Volunteers
- Three years supervisory experience
- OR an equivalent of all of the above in working experience
- Valid CA DL with clean driving record
- DMV print out
- Clear understanding of food storage – handling – and inventory practices
- Bilingual highly desired
- Successful completion of live scan, physical and substance abuse screening upon offer of employment
