Duties • Monitor pool areas continuously to ensure guest safety and enforce facility rules • Assist guests with pool access, providing information about amenities and services • Conduct regular inspections of the pool area to maintain cleanliness and safety standards • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, or conflicts with professionalism and courtesy • Manage guest check-ins and record keeping • Engage with children and families to enhance their experience through friendly interaction and safety guidance Experience • Background in customer service or guest relations within hospitality or resort environments • Familiarity with conflict management techniques to handle challenging situations effectively • Experience working with children in recreational or educational settings is advantageous • Skills in public speaking to communicate rules, safety procedures, and event details clearly • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities in lively, fast-paced environments ScheduleMust be flexible and able to work all shifts, must be willing to work weekends.This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about creating safe, fun filled experiences while honing their skills in hospitality and guest services.
