- Base Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential

- Cell phone or phone allowance (if applicable)
- Base Pay: $20/hour
- commission per units placed on site
- Additional incentives for exceeding quarterly goals.
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, job site visits, and referrals.
- Build relationships with construction companies, general contractors, industrial facilities, municipalities, and event organizers.
- Prepare and present pricing proposals and service agreements.
- Conduct site visits to determine customer needs.
- Coordinate with operations and dispatch to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain customer information in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Follow up on leads and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Stay informed on competitors and market conditions.
- Previous sales experience required.
- Portable restroom, waste management, temporary fencing, or construction industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
