Description: Job Title: Vegetation Maintenance / Weed Abatement Worker
Wage: $18.00
Job Description:
Responsible for clearing grass and weeds around power poles and transmission towers to reduce wildfire risk and ensure access for inspections. Duties include vegetation removal, right-of-way clearing, operating hand/power tools, and documenting work. Work is outdoors in varying conditions across Central and Southern California;travel and lodging may be required.
Start Date: TBD
Schedule/Hours: Full-time;may include weekends
Job Location: Various locations in CA
Job Length: Temp to hire
Requirements: Valid CA driver s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors, and operate tools. High school diploma or GED required.
Special Notes: DT, PHY, must be available to work out of town.
