Location: Bakersfield, CA 93312

Pay Rate: $18.00-$24.00 Depending on Skill Set/Level

Shift: 1st Shift M-F 8am-5pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient workflows within the office. Your primary responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients. QuickBooks and Clock Shark working knowledge.

Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with inquiries
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
Schedule appointments
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
Process and manage invoices
Assist in various office projects and provide support to team members as needed

Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent;additional qualifications are a plus
