Position Overview
The Treasury Management Associate supports Business Bankers in the sales, onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service of treasury management clients. This position plays an important role in ensuring a smooth client experience from initial setup through long-term service support.
You will collaborate with internal operations teams to implement treasury services accurately and efficiently while maintaining the high level of service our clients expect.

Position Overview

You will collaborate with internal operations teams to implement treasury services accurately and efficiently while maintaining the high level of service our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
Support Business Bankers with treasury management sales and client onboarding
Coordinate with operations and back-office teams to set up treasury services
Assist with online banking platform implementation and client training
Ensure accurate service setup, pricing, billing, and documentation
Provide ongoing support to commercial clients for treasury-related needs
Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications
2 4 years of experience in financial services (Business or Commercial Banking preferred)
Knowledge of treasury products such as ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, and online banking platforms
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced banking environment
