Field Technician – Fleet & Pressure Washing Services
Tehachapi & Rosamond, CA
$18.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Field Technician to provide pressure washing and industrial fleet cleaning services for diesel trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles. This role involves physical outdoor work in industrial and construction environments and is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on labor and working independently or with a team.
Applicants must currently reside in or near the Tehachapi/Rosamond area.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate pressure washing equipment to clean diesel trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles
• Apply industrial degreasers and cleaning agents to remove oil, grease, and buildup
• Pre-treat heavily soiled areas before washing
• Inspect vehicles and equipment for cleanliness and report maintenance concerns or damage
• Follow environmental guidelines for chemical handling and wastewater runoff
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Schedule
• Part-time position
• Current shifts typically run from 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Schedule may vary depending on workload and job site

Qualifications
• Valid California Class C Driver’s License required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical labor
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Safety training or industrial cleaning experience is a plus

• Must pass a drug screening and physical exam
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in industrial/construction environments
